If Helmhouse built the run-app you are using, this is where to reach us. There is no ticket portal and no queue robot. Support is one address, read by the people who built the thing.

What to include

Any of these that you have to hand will usually save a round trip.

• Which run-app, and its version. Every one we build shows its version in Settings or on its sign-in screen.
• What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
• Roughly when it happened, so it can be found in a log.

Please do not paste credentials, tokens or customer data into an email. None of it helps, and it is exactly the sort of thing these apps are built to avoid moving around.

Security reports

If you have found a security problem, write to the same address with SECURITY in the subject line and we will come back to you before doing anything else. Please give us a chance to fix it before publishing.
